Costs of cleaning services
Every business has different needs so the costs of office cleaning services will depend on the needs
of your particular business and how often you choose to have it cleaned.

Our team is able to clean offices of all sizes in Derby, Nottingham and Derbyshire.
Your office cleaning cost will be based on:

● Size of office areas
● Number of bathrooms or other areas, such as staff kitchens
● Number of locations that need to be cleaned
● How many cleaners will be needed

Minimum contract is 2 workers working @ least 20hrs/week each @ cost of £16/hr

Schools and campuses


The cost of cleaning your campus or school will depend on the size of your facilities and frequency of
cleaning.

We provide cleaning services to schools and campuses in Derby, Nottingham and Derbyshire.
Your campus cleaning cost will be based on:

● Size of office areas e.g. classes or lecture rooms
● Number of bathrooms or other areas, such as staff kitchens
● Number of locations that need to be cleaned
● How many cleaners will be needed

Minimum contract is 4 workers working @ least 20hrs/week each @ cost of £16/hr

Domestic Window Cleans (not yet offered)

Our customers are why we exist and whenever they speak to us, we listen. We have had requests from our customers in Nottingham about adding domestic window cleaning services to our cleaning solutions. In light of this, we have come up with draft packages and would like to find out from you, our valued customers, your thoughts on our whether we should introduce this service. Commercial Window Cleaning


We provide commercial window cleaning services in Nottingham, Derby, Nottinghamshire and
surrounding areas we are able to provide up to six cleaners per site

The frequency of window cleaning will also affect the price of the cleaning contract.
Your window cleaning cost will be based on:

● Size of windows
● Number of windows
● The height of windows to be cleaned
● Number of cleaners required
● Estimated duration of job

For a monthly clean our minimum charge per clean is £20/hr for a minimum of 2hrs/clean (6
months contract)

£25/hour for a bimonthly clean/minimum 2hrs (12months’ contract)

£29/hour quarterly clean/minimum 2hrs (12 months contract)

(We clean both in and out @ 1.5 of the fee)

£35/hr / for a minimum of 2hrs for a once off clean
If you have pictures, dimensions etc. upload them for a rough estimate before the site visit

Domestic Cleans
